I’m a trial lawyer and a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law, State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. My work on Stobart.ai focuses on how lawyers use AI in practice, the ethical duties that govern that use, and what courts’ decisions mean for lawyers.
I teach through case briefs, short videos, workflow examples, CLE programs, and conversations with other lawyers. My presentations connect AI tools with the work lawyers already do: preparing for trial, writing briefs, reviewing records, and exercising professional judgment.
Practical uses of AI for trial preparation, transcripts, exhibits, and motion practice.
Confidentiality, verification, client communication, and professional judgment when using AI.
Issue framing, persuasive briefing, preserving the record, post-trial motions, and appellate ethics.
CLE programs, conference presentations, and podcast conversations.
